Less movement points in winter

Does anyone know how to change the effect winter has on movement points? I am seeking to lower the amount of movement points during the winter.

Just find this trait in export_descr_character_traits and change it in the way you want...
But in my opinion is this a really great and realistic tweak. The only issue is that it is not hardcoded for all units and affects only generals.

Well, it was in that file in version 4.1 for sure. I havent checked 5.1 files yet...
