    Default LETS START WORKING IN THE SAME DIRECTION

    Hi guys,

    I finally have some real time to work on this proyect again!!!!

    if you all like I can try and put some order into all the bits that we all work on individually.

    CONDO is doing a great job, many moddifications he has created can enhance the game nicely, although, in my opinion, without trying to tell anybody what to do, they vary a bit from the original TLR philosophy. i.e loads of start money.

    Anyway if Condo agrees he can become the standing lead scripter and coder and all stuff that wants to make it into "official" TLR must be seen by other members, specially him.

    I would also like to ask Averroes if he wants to help finding problems with ancillaries and traits, I know he is good at them, and I have loads of gfx prepared for this as well as loads of new historical events.( I know you have already looked into this in the bug post)

    Lord Arne is helping me out with gfx matters on and of, so if he wants to continue he is more than welcome.

    Headshots, my man, how is this Unit cards going on???? would love to have you onboard!!!!!

    Anybody else that can provide help we will welcome them, scripters, researchers etc....

    Think about it guys, TLR is too big for one man (unless your name is Torn!!!!)

    Can i offer my faction the kingdom of georgia the famile tree is complete but i need alote of help it the unit, and the banner´s

    Thank you. If I can offer my services in any way I'm happy to help. Although I'm not accustomed to this type of work I'm sure I can try and help in some way, even if it is preparation of the readme

    execellent stuff, once you get it sorted out I will do the gfx for them....

    @phil

    maybe you could do something for me that I beleive is quite important at this stage. Probably one very important thing is to revise this post and try and identify all bugs in TLR 2.0 vanilla, this will probably speed up CONDOS work if he is willing to join

    acegogo can you give a link for a good tutorial about gevin flagen to the new faction, because facter a have making this last flagn´s in the game my game is crashin after londing. i am lost.

    I'll help if I can, Acegogo.

    Right now I'm working through the map looking for misplaced resources. I can look for more typo errors like the one for the ancillary for Emir of Nishapur. I'm just not sure how to fix them, since they require fixing the .bin file as well as the .txt file.

    I was a big advocate for the Cuman/Qipchak and Volga Bulgars as new playable factions back when Tornnight was asking for ideas for additional factions. Along with the Kingdon of Georgia, which Kepper is working on, I think they'll be necessary to eliminate that huge vacant space in the northeast portion of the map and between the Caspian Sea and the Black Sea.

    While browsing through some of the mod tool posts, I saw a .bin to .txt converter... just don´t remember if it was totalwarcenter or the Guild...

    Cumans are defenitely planned in.... I already have faction shields ready for them.... just waiting for them to be made by some poor soul.

    @AVE

    yep, map reworking was something else to be done.... so please be my guest to work on them, as well as the typo errors... that would be great help.

    @Irishmafia

    Please do...!!!!! they will serve as base for future pagan factions....

    If you like you could also think about their "unique building tree as some will have to be diferent.


    @EVERYBODY

    factions names need to be looked at, if I remeber correctly there are a few bugs caused by them..... any takers????

    I have treid to creat a new copy but all the time after i have chosen my faction the game return to the main folder, pleasa can on more experite modder verify my file mabe i have forgte somenting. is just missing the descr_banners_new file.
    One more thing after i have unpack Medieval Total War 2, i cant play TLR the game ctd after i go battle map

    I don't know about the main folder issue, Kepper.

    On the CTD after unpacking, perhaps it's because of the two time-stamped geography files? After unpacking you need to delete the descr_geography_new.db & descr_geography_new.txt files or you'll get a CTD.
