Stone Forts for MTW2 ?

Hi i made a 100 yrs war mod and i really wanna add the Stone Forts from the Kingdoms Brittania campaign to my mod. So far ive managed to get them to apear as stone forts on the campaign map, but they still show up as the old wooden forts on the battle map. Has anyone else had problems with this? If so pls pls pls tell me wat im doing wrong.
