[Decision] New curator application thread

In order not to have a dual purpose to the VonC thread I opened this.
That thread is discussing whether Elrond has neglected his job. That thread will be discussing whether he should have not been a curator in the first place.

Edit: Though I don't know how this is going to be enforced. Decisions are non binding.

Basically, its a Decision by the Curia that Elrond was not Constitutionally appointed, and thus not Curator in the first place. VONC not needed, though I am apprehensive about this, because it has the possibility to be ignored, which a VONC does not.
Edit: On second thought, I'm going to withdraw my support. I don't think he is the Curator rightfully, but a Vote of no Confidence is simply more reliable, and this will only serve to crowd the Curia vote.

You are asking the curator to be removed, while there is already another thread that it is asking the same. In the vonc thread it is mentioned that Elrond was unconstitutionally appointed Curator.Originally Posted by SirPaladin

But the VonC is on grounds of neglecting duty. That is the choice of the OP.
I leave the Speaker(?) to decide whether this should stay or not, though...

Erm, what? This looks suspiciously like a case of double jeopardy to me. The Curia has a means of removing Curial officers: the VonC. It can't retroactively disqualify candidates. If you really want Elrond dismissed from his position, focus on the VonC. This action here is without precedent and, I dare say, quite likely to be vetoed.
