A while ago I created a Signature where a settlement had my name on it.
Now I had this picutre as my signature for about 3 weeks, and wow you won't believe how many Pm's I got, asking me "How did you do that?". So I'm guessing that not many people know that you can do this and it is a very useful tool because it means you could say, Name a settlement after every Faction Leader or after your Favourite generals.
So I am going to tell you how you do this Renaming of a settlement. (You heretic!!!)
in the tut we are going to rename Milan, Becaus ei hate the fact that my Mighty empire is named after a City
Double click the settlement that you wish to edit. When the construction que scroll appears after double clicking the settlement, you should look to the top of the Scroll where you should see 'Milan-Capital. Click the cities name 'Milan'

After clicking the Cities name you will see that line that appears for when your going to write something; sorry but I can't remember what its called.
any way press Delete until the name 'Milan' is gone.

You can now type in what ever you want the new name for you city to be

Now you may notice that the settlement (Milan) on the left of the scroll is still called 'Milan' this is because we need to click the 'Close Scroll Button' than is located at the bottom left of the scroll and has a Tick.

This is great, I can finally rename cities that don't sound French to continue my French empire. I also named a Citadel after a general who died in taking it. He was 16! You have made sure his honor shall be remeber for ever. You should be proud. + rep if your not.
