Campaign Error, Please help!!!

Ok, I have a couple of problems in my newly installed platinum v1.9 RTR, which might I add is really good.

The first kind of problem is that when my advisor pops open, his portrait slides out to the side of the screen, almost not visible, and the buttons are all screwed up, some of them have faction logos, etc, just not the right logos!

And the 2ed problem is when I try to start a new campaign, I pick The Greek Cities, I also tried Macedon, Rome, etc, it just exits me out to the desktop, without displaying any error message or anything. Just closes the program and I’m in my desktop.

So can someone help me with these two problems??? Thanks.

The first one I have no idea. You`ve messed your install somehow. Did your game worked well before installing the mod? Do you have the mod switch or the simple version of RTRPE? Either way you might have to do a complete uninstall(uninstall the game and delete the game folder and then reinstall the game).
The second one is probably becasue you have not deleted your rwm.map file(unless it has to do with a messy install again). It says what you have to do in the readme as well in the various install guides and error threads pinned in the RTRPE sub-forums above.
