That in the Intro that the Gaelic British (Barbarian) and Carthaginian army are sieging Rome. I mean come on, though the Carthaginians did gather Barbarian Allies that just couldn't happen. Also how did Rome amass THAT much Cavalry to completely wipe out the Gaelic Army and why the hell didn't Soldiers on the Walls throw there Pilas at the elephants so to kill them, And where did the Gaulish barbarians Get the Technology to build siege towers?

er.... It's just a game. I don't know why the soldiers on the walls didn't throw their pilla, and I don't know how Rome got that many cavarly. No-one does. it's just to make the game look good.

This game IS about big battles and making an empire. Not the most historically accurate battle between Rome, Carthage and Gaul.

Yes, exactly. Did anyone else noticed that the city featured looked nothing like Rome? Where are the Seven Hills? Or that the British dressed in those ridiculous blue colours? I mean, come on! It was an rare dye that the Celts wouldn't have been able to afford. The idea that they could reach all the way to Rome is crazy.

War Mongol, it's a game. Get over it. The idea of three Roman families as well as a rump Seleucid Empire that gets crushed ten years in should have clued you in that historical accuracy wasn't high up on CA's list of priorities. If that's what you're looking for, I suggest you look into Rome: Total Realism.
