Aye a good video. It also demostrates Babur's tactics at Panipat against a vastly superior enemy and one of the first uses of cannon in the sub-continent (turkish mercs using kill zone tactics), if i remember correctly. Babur was a timurid descendent so maybe he used elephants too. Maybe elephants with cannon on their backs! I love elephants with cannon on their backs. Cant go to the zoo without thinking of strapping a cannon to an elephant's back. Maybe i need a girlfriend. Any girls here?

I once gave a cannon to a elephant while she was on her back but that's another story.....

So the longbow has longer range but less penetration than a composite bow, and composite is just the size for mounted archery.

You'd think a range difference would come entirely from the arrows themselves, (longbow ones being longer and heavier) especially if the recurve has higher "muzzle" velocity.

Now if England had made a recurve bow that was 6 feet tall...
