Default Some first thoughts on the mod.

I must say this mod looks really nice! Good job guys!

Although, as always, I have a pair of things I'm a little bothered about:

-I like the eastern roman empire, but when the majority of your empire makes a riot after the first turn it makes me think twice if I really want to play as this faction. Is it supposed to be this way?

-This is a personal opinion, but I don't really like the loading screens that much, and I'm wondering if it's simple to replace them with some pictures of my choosing.

    Thanks trettonkilolax for the feedback,

The larger empires at the start of the game such as the Huns and WRE in 432AD and the ERE in have such huge territories that it is extremely difficult to mod them without the large amount starting rebellions. Otherwise if they were to start off with ease, they will wipe out all the factions. There is a fine line in concern with this. Its a good criticism and makes things very difficult at first but there's a few things I could suggest ways to deal with this If you want.

Also make sure to check out the user, player guide for threes info on how the econ works

The loading screens can be manually changed. It involves some copy and paste of your photos to the bi/data/loading_screen. You might need a program something like Paint.NET.

Thanks for your answers! If you have the time to type down your suggestions of ways to deal with the first problem I would be glad. I'll also test to manually change those screens.

    Hi trettonkilolax,

-Manually at first control all your provinces.
-Send out diplomats immediately and create alliances...the Ostrogoth's will ally, you need time to squash the revolts and build back up.
-Build law and happiness buildings in the cities where public order is lowest.
-Recruit a Cohortis Vegilum in these cities too.
-there will be many civil disorders before the revolts but still make sure to repair any damaged buildings.
-Gather the ousted armies and generals from revolting cities and try to stack them together as much as possible
You have 2 large armies to deal with the uprisings. One is in the Macedonia region and the other is in Constantinople: use them to crush the rebels along with the other gathered armies

If successful you then now start plotting a strategy to win the game
