    All Apachean units have long Black hairs with Red & White Bandannas
    2 chiefs (General & Captain) modded with Conqistadore Jacket taken from a fallen ennemi + the face of Geronimo (GoKhlaYeh)
    Apachean Units can be boosted (especially the Bows men with my modded EDU included)














    I'm a newbie in modding, I know very little , but I couldn't stand the Apachean looking like Hurons

    I'm doing the Blue Coats now, Please feel free to give me your ideas , and critics .
    I wont be able to do the trompet Charge alone

    How about changing ALL the units?

    Could you change all the unit cards as well also?

    I'm trying my best ...
    Yes I can change the Unit Cards with adobephotoshop , ...I wish also I could change the music & the speech , I have to study how ...
    Do you think Apachean should wear boots ? personnally I vote for it,
    also I want to remove some painting upon the faces .
    I will release 1 unit of Blue Coats soon, it's already turning on my game, but I need to spend more time on the hats (2 sabres crossing on the front , the suspenders, the ribbons, the secondary weapon (sabre ) when charging, ( the sound of the charge ) , I have many ideas but the grounds are missing.

    The blue coats are a bit later in history than the period the game covers, but that is a good job of modding, none the less.

    You do nice work.

    Who are those blue coat guys? Are you planning on adding the United States as a faction in this game? It seems odd having the US in the year 1530 something. But anyways I like the new Apache unit looks, they look much more historical than what CA did.

    This pack contains the units I have made to play the U.S Cavalry instead of the spanish Dragoon ....for MTTW2 add-on 4 Kingdoms.

    PATH:


    The new unit card for the US Cavalry :
    C:\Program Files\SEGA\Medieval II Total War\mods\americas\data\ui\units\spain

    The new unit US Cavalry :
    C:\Program Files\SEGA\Medieval II Total War\mods\americas\data\unit_models\_units\dragoon

    The New Unit US Captain :

    C:\Program Files\SEGA\Medieval II Total War\mods\americas\data\unit_models\_generals_and_captains\spanish_capn


    IMPORTANT note : I made this little modification only to enable Custom BATTLE APACHEAN vs U.S CAVALRY . As the "battle_models.modeldb" is not changed;
    US CAVALRY will be avaible INSTEAD of the SPANISH DRAGOON for all occurence.
    In order to play the dragoon again (campaign) restore your original files

    PS :I wasn't able to mod the game "battle_models.modeldb" so the Us unit could be avaible beside the Spanish dragoon ....I had CTD for 2 days trying and trying again ...I red all the tutorials about it ...but it didn't work ; sorry about that

    I found help in another post about modding the battle_models.modeldb , so it is possible to play the dragoon as well as the Us Cavalry ...one problem remains : The Captain ; My Captain (Us) will appear on all occurence, so maybe the only solution would be creating another faction ...if someone interested, I will explain how to keep the spanish dragoons as well
