    Default can i start a mod plx?: total war

    The period: immaterial
    The setting: negligable
    The concept: take any fictional film or book and look for someone to model, map and script for you.
    (Or just declare you wish to make one spanning the entirity of history)

    Im a noob here but i like rom; total ware and im going to make a mod. I started mooding alreddy its going to be about pirates becos i like johnny deep

    I'm not sure I got the gist of that. You want someone to make a mod about a factional book for you, correct?
