I started a Parthian campaign for the first time about three weeks ago on H/H. Wiped the Bactrians off the map, and I reduced Selucia to a few provinces in Asia Minor, Sidon, Damascus, and Bostra (to leave as a buffer between me and the Ptolemies.)

My three horse-archer armies have been kicking ass ever since they were conscripted, and all three of my generals had the max number of stars. After a couple battles though "Vahauk the Conquerer" had ONE star. I was like "wtf" so I look at his stats, and he started getting the "inept commander" trait. Sure enough, it started to pop up in my other generals as well.

What's going on?
