If I run EB with the BI exe will the transgression feature that was in BI be available in EB?

Do you mean the warning that other factions give when you have done something they don't like? 'Cause that was in RTW since the beginning, IIRC.

Its in there (esp. if you have 1.6/BI). I recently recieved one from the Barbarians after having cut off trade with them.

I am pretty sure it is in the game. I didn't think it was a BI feature, though. I think I can recall it happening in vanilla RTW, fresh out of the box. If it is a BI feature, it may have been included in the v1.5 patch or something.

It is in the EB 1.0 and works fine without BI exe, I had AS warning me after I ceased a regular tribute treaty for aparently no reason

I sent an army into gaulic lands without military access and the message did not appear :hmmm:

The occurrence of the message is also dependent on the AI's 'line of sight'. If they didn't 'see' you, then it won't happen. This could be because of forest, mountains and hills, or just plain distance from any of their armies or settlements.
