A tad confused about installation

Hi,

I recently was about to look into Invasio Barbarorum and upon obtaining it, noticed that there was an expansion! Rio's IBFD. But here, I see another expansion for RIO in the stickies?

Can someone please clarify the installation process please?

So far I have:

RTW 1.5
BI 1.6
Invasio Barbarorum 7.03

Now I am lost and confused...

Sure:

The Rio IBFD VI Mod and the new expansion is a separate mod to the IB 7.03

The Rio IBFD VI is technically a submod of the IB 7.3 for it has the grateful privileges of using the 7.3 resources and ArthurianTW units. But in the same breath the Rio IBFD VI mod has incorporated a many different ideas,(from myself and a healthy contribution of ideas from others) buildings and to a slight degree a different philosophy and also not to mention different time periods. Its a fully independent mod.

Does this mean if I have IB 7.03 installed all I have to do is install the IBFD VI Expansion mod? Are there steps on what I have to install? I noticed there was a reference to a sound patch? Thanks I am new at installing mods.

Hi Lincoln, Welcome to the forums.

Installation steps:
-a clean, unmoded rtw/bi 1.6
-Rio IBFD VI
-Rio IBFD EXPANSION
-Rio Expansion patch added..10/28/07

-Download in seperate folder from IB 7.3

-The Ihatemondays sound mod should be installed after the Rio IBFD VI and before the Rio VI Expansion. Read install instructions on the soundmod(a few directions needed before install)

-Elrond/Narses Justinian provincial campaign mod can installed on the mod. delete map_rwm after install...bi\data\world\maps\campaign\Justinian Campaign\map.rwm
