    Amended version

    Article 1 - Curia
The Curia is broken into distinct sections.
    • Curia - For general discussion of governance matters. Polls are not permitted within the Curia main. Polls concerning specific amendments, decisions and nominations are not permitted in the Curia main and in the Symposium.
    • Prothalamos - An area specifically for the proposal and discussion of legislation and decisions. Polls are not permitted within the Prothalamos
    • Curia Votes - An area strictly used only for voting on matters that bind the Curia
    • The Tabularium - A record chamber and archive.
    • Consilium de Civitates - A special council chamber visible only to those elected members of the council as defined in Article 5

Reason for change - to make Curia friendlier place for discussions and encourage citizens to post their grievances within the Curia and not in the Q&S.

I support. I prefer citizens to post their grievances within the Curia and not in the Q&S.

If mind is common to us, then also the reason, whereby we are reasoning beings, is common. If this be so, then also the reason which enjoins what is to be done or left undone is common. If this be so, law also is common; if this be so, we are citizens; if this be so, we are partakers in one constitution; if this be so, the Universe is a kind of commonwealth.

Suffering is a choice, and we can refuse it.
It is in our power to create the world, or destroy it.

'Nothing is true, everything is permitted.' is merely an observation of the nature of reality. To say that nothing is true, is to realize that the foundations of society are fragile, and that we must be the shepherds of our own civilization. To say that everything is permitted, is to understand that we are the architects of our actions, and that we must live with their consequences, whether glorious or tragic.

    I support this.
"There is a difference between what is wrong and what is evil. Evil is committed when clarity is taken away from what is clearly wrong, allowing wrong to be seen as less wrong, excusable, right, or an obligatory commandment of the Lord God Almighty.

Evil is bad sold as good, wrong sold as right, injustice sold as justice. Like the coat of a virus, a thin veil of right can disguise enormous wrong and confer an ability to infect others."

The only thing I worry about then is having too many forums or subforums with the same general roles. How will these polls separate the Q and A from the Curia general forums?
