Custom Battle issues

First, I think it's important to make it clear that I am very pleased with EB v1, especially the new historical battles and the strong mid-europe eutheoroi (sic) garrisons, but there is a small problem with the custom battles, namely the Romani don't appear to have any faction-specific units available, only mercs, so I can't actually try out the late-game units, or even look at them. Could you solve, please?
