There are 4 export_descr_unit.txt, 1 for each of the campaigns. You will find them in the data folder for the campaigns.

Medieval II Total War\mods\americas\data folder for Americas
Medieval II Total War\mods\british_isles\data folder for Britannia
Medieval II Total War\mods\crusades\data folder for Crusaders
Medieval II Total War\mods\teutonic\data folder for Teutonic

You need to unpack before you can see them. The unpackers for the campings are in
    Medieval II Total War\tools\unpacker folder.

You also need to start the game using the file first command for the changes to show up in game.
For use in multiplayer both players have to have the change files. No cheating there
Holy Land mod for Crusaders Campaign
Dismounted Knights Templar, Hospitaller for the Crusaders Campaign

Also you could add the --filter <filename> paramater so that you only extract the desired file. It should look like this:
    unpacker.exe --source=..\..\mods\teutonic\packs\*.pack --destination=..\..\ --filter=export_descr_unit.txt --verbosity=1 --base_pack_path=mods/teutonic/data/

    Hi, I'm Jason

I wanted to make Ireland have an overpowered army, so i edited the Export_Descr_unit.txt of Birtish campain after unpacking it using Medieval 2 total war unpacker.exe
Altough the changed i made have no effect as one of you said above.

I don't understand anything about this First command thingy, like nothing of it at all... So can someone help me out
