Change Scipii from Greek to Roman

I was wonder how to change the Blue faction in Roma Surrectum. I have the blue SPQR flag to replace the Greek flag but I dont know how to change the flag. I also want to change the faction to Roman. I dont care if the Blue is still in Greece but I want to put the legion that has(Red shield with the description One of the 28 Augustan legions). But I would like to keep all the current soldiers they have too. Anyone know how to do this?

I think you might need to explain a bit more in-detail what you intend on doing.

i think he is trying to recreate RS with the 3 roman factions used in vanilla. doesnt he need permission to do that?

You are free to alter, change, mod, blow up or otherwise butcher RS in any way you please. But I would appreciate that you learn modding as I did, by asking questions in the General forums, reading tutorials on the various subjects, etc.
