    Default Annoying bored traits

What's the point of these 'bored' traits my governors have? They literally make him from being a great manager to being crap. Do they appear on ALL governors who stay in a city for a while? I don't think it's too smart.. not every noble wanted to lead an army in Gaul.
I figured out how to get them to disappear, you just need to end a turn outside your city but that decreases income. Any suggestions?

Not every governor will get them. Try moving the guys who get them to bigger towns of have them fight some battles.

I will often have a governor chase after some rebels and then take his time getting back to the city. This helps them not get the trait. When they get 'bored' I just have them waste 60% of their movement points walking away from the city, then tell them to go back in. They won't make it that turm, but if I forget about them, they will auto move at the end of the next turn.

They appear on governors who aren't going something they find interesting. Either they need a bigger more vibrant city to run, or they want to be out on campaign. Some FM's are born fighters, other want to be in heart of a metropolis. Basically not everyone likes being stationed out in the boondocks.
