I Can't PLAY the Game.. Please HELP me.. I REALLY NEED to Have this GAME

I tried to install the RTR 6 Gold but i can't play it coz it's looking for a CD...
this is the process of my installation..

1.I installed a new RTW v1.0
2.I downloaded the said v1.2 patch and installed it
3.I installed the RTR 6 Gold...

after i did this... it's looking for a CD.. waaah.. i tried to solve it by pasting a CRACK but when i played it... it's still not working.. so i quit.. and tomorrow i'll try to resume again.. it's 1:48am by the way.

I hope what you are saying is that you OWN the RTW original CD and for some odd reason it is not recognised while you try to run the RTR 6 Gold.

So...it can't recognize the cd after you install 6.0?

Always check the install after each step

Install RTW 1.0, launch game
Apply RTW 1.2 patch, launch game

RTW 1.0 will look for the original CD-ROM when launched.

We are not allowed to discuss cracks or ways to get around copy protection.

its an original cd.. and i think, it's my err that i didn't checked the version of my RTR, coz i think i left a copy of RTW:BI in a separate folder..

i'll just check on both typed.. i'll try using the platinum..
i think i used the wrong 32MB RTR 6.2.. coz i always says..

"Filename does not Exist:$#^$#"

does it leave tracks after i uninstalled the game??

it can't recognize the CD after i installed RTR 6 gold..
but it can recognize the disk after i installed the RTW 1.2 patch

You already have BI. Make sure you install patch 1.6

Do not use RTR 6.2 (very andcient and no longer supported).

RTR 6 Gold uses patch 1.2 though it sometimes difficlut to downgrade (you probably have DVD version - cannot recognize cd thing).

Use RTR PE 1.9 instead.

The 1.2 patch will replace your exe.
Should you wish to use a modified exe you will need to do your modifications to the 1.2 patch.

Anyway irrelevent... use platinum on BI 1.6!
