Default There will be a patch to 1.0?

I've noticed that many people have many unexplained prablems like constant CTD (including myself) with EB1.0...
so there will be a patch to 1.0 eventually?

The EB team has said often enough that there will be post 1.0 releases. Now whether it's in the form of a minor patch or another big release is of course another question.

uh, "many people" is pushing it. 1.0 is remarkably stable and most people have 0 crashes at all, me being one of them having played straight form 272--180 BCE thus far. I think most of these crashes some people have are hardware issues more than anything.

And yes, there is a 1.1 in the works.

I've only had one CTD, a totally inexplicable one at the end of a battle against rebels in Hayasdan. But since I've played several hours of EB 1.0 now, I'd hardly call the CTDs 'constant'!

One of the point here is not EB prob that would make people belive it is unstable - It's just that there are some UI card missing, some texts for some factions buildings, some temporary texts and I think that EBs are working on campaign map models of Eastern towns maybe - so they could all look as nice as Greek of Roman models od towns (at least huge ones)

anyway.. EB is great (I must post that all the time so they keep working!)

And perhaps, even an improved battle formation pack! It has improved since 0.81 v2 but still is not, in my humble opinion, of the same level of the rest of EB 1.0 which is an awesome mod

I never experienced any kind of CTD, it's much much more stable than 0.8x releases.
The only problem I'm having is the immense lag.

I experienced CTD while besieging a rebel city in spain. When I choose to go into battle, it load then CTD. I tried to wait until the enemy choose to surrender until the last turn they can hold. After I take the city I click the view the city, it load then CTD.

It happen after I load the game without clicking the advisor for the victory condition advice. After I click the next turn. You know what happen????.....
The EB yearly history suddenly pop out from the year 212 b.c. to 252 b.c. (my current campaign year), then I check the year indicate below, it says 14 AD. Then I click the advisor again for the victory condition advice. It change back to 252 b.c. I am afraid due to what happen I can no longer load any battle map. But I will check again.

given that eb is running on a creative assembly product, it really is remarkably bug free.

Im playing for quite some time and Im experiencing a very stable game still I noticed a few minor bugs (centurion fights with no sword, altough he does carry a sword when walking) which will probably be fixed in the next minor patches.

I've never had a single crash. The mod is as stable as a rock.

EB is more stable than most of the games that are sold for around 50,00 € in shops. In EB 0.8 I had, may be, two or three crashes, always rebell city CTDs. In EB 1.0 I had so far one, and that was my fault because I had many programms running in the background.

I agree too that EB 1.0 is very stable compare to others. But I load again a previous save game and try loading the battle map while besieging the town arse, it still CTD. May be my own hardware problem?

I notice the campaign map showing that town have the solid concrete wall, but the building picture is showing the new barbarians wooden wall structure. May be that is causing the problem?
