...is the recommended campaign/battle difficulty still at VH/M? I remember for the past betas it was something like that, but wasn't sure if that had changed.:hmmm:

Try H/M. It's been the best experience in my campaign and many others' so far.

They're acting pretty proper in my campaign... they've sieged my towns and attacked my convoys. What more could you ask?

That makes me glad. I was worried that VH would make other factions crush rebels fast. Saves me from opening a new threat. Thx

The official recommendation is still VH campaign, M battles. However, at least one team member has mentioned that they may change recommended campaign difficulty to H as well, because diplomacy reportedly works better at that setting. However, you are free to play at whatever setting you like best.

Well, camp. Hard makes some sense, on VH the AI is just a uncompromisable eating machine, at least on H i can Maybe strike a deal of some sort. THX for advice.

Exactly, AI will even offer ceasefires and deals themselves. They don't get excessive amounts of money and everything works just fine, including expansion. Enjoy!
