I share your hatred of Trivium and 50 Cent. I don't hate Fallout Boy, but I sure as hell don't listen to them. I also hate Tobey Keith (meh, to be honest, I haven't heard enough of him to hate him, actually).
Others I hate: Justin Timberlake (argh!), J Holiday (or whatever), T-Pain, Mario, most heavy metal...

Tobey Keith I hate because the country station my school bus driver liked played him all the time and so I heared him being played for almost every morning for 6 years straight.
50 cent all his music is about hom many "hos" he has same lyrics oplus he kinda look a little bit on the side where you get thrown in cages in Kazahksatn.

I don't listen to bad music, I tend to forget bad music when I do hear it very quickly.
generally I will avoid any heavy metal any death metal any heavy rock or anything that sounds like a lot of "noise" to me. Gives me a headache.
I dont like any music where its just instruments playing, bores the hell out of me. That includes guitar solos or drum solos.

some bands I hate? Well I dunno its hard for me to think of some because if I dont like them I probably wont even know their name.
Linkin Park I can do without for example. Korn I can do without. Thats not to say theyre bad bands or that they play bad music, just bad to my ears. -

Or Linkin Park are anyway. Korn have occasional flashes of brilliance among a swathe of mediocrity. Nu-Metal on the whole annoys the hell out of me. Poor instrumentals, tired lyrics, utterly useless use of electronic/industrial manipulation, and some of the most irritating vocalists that have ever graced the music world.
Other bands/types of music I hate...hmmmm...
$ Rap - the usual commercial crap rap acts that multiple people have already named.
Pop-Punk - wank like Sum-41.
Pop-Rock or "Emo" - While pop-rock lacks innovation, you occasionally get the odd good band. The recent trend however is towards "Emo" bands like Panic at the Disco, My Chemical Romance and such like. Instrumentally poor, lyrically deficit, mostly finding its roots in generic teenage angst. Eurgh. Lesser known such bands annoy me even more, due to the belief by many of its fans that they are some how alternative. Oh dear...

A death metal version of the Christmas classic Santa Claus is Coming to Town. Yes, you heard me right. The opening lyrics went something like this:
"Santa Claus is coming to SATANIC HELL!!! ARGHWOOGHAAAAHG!"
It was pretty awful. And besides the awful lyrics, the lead singer sounded like a beaver caught in a woodchipper. I really hated that song.
