HELP! I jest keep getting these CTD!

I got RTW gold and ever since I've download EB 1.0 I keep getting CTD every time I start a campaign/battle and no matter what I tried the game jest keep CTD!!
I installed rtw and eb afew times, download eb agian, deleted and paste the map.rwm, tried to play on BI and yet the game still CTD evry time!!
I tried to use the validation program but it didn't worked even though I've got Java... but I think it's a missing files problem like this guy: http://forums.totalwar.org/vb/showthread.php?t=93407
yet I don't understand how he solve it!

so can sameone help me? I don't believe it map.rwm file problem because the game CTD no matter if the file is there or not!

please... I'm really desperate

Try adding "-nm" to the command code of the EB shortcut. It will remove videos, but they seem to be the cause of crashes for a few people.

Ok let me explain: the first time I download eb1.0 it had the map.rwm file and it CTD. when I deleted or replace the file with another map.rwm the game still CTD.
the second time I download EB1.0 it had NO map.rwm and the game CTD. I place the map.rwm which was uploaded and the game CTD even after I deleted it.
so IT IS NOT THE MAP.RWM PROBLEM.

I do think I have missing files. I think that different_13 guy edit the game somehow but I don't understand how.

I tried that, all the eb1.0 I've download are alright...

Is there a possibility it's because I using gold edition?
maybe I should download only RTW from BitTorrent?

try this,,,
Delete all ! Uninstall RTW, RTW patches, EB
Then install
RTW + 1.3 patch + 1.5 patch = try to play RTW - If it works, install EB 1 and the check for map.rwm or adding "-nm" to the command code of the EB shortcut.. I that does not work - And you still have playable RTW patched to 1.5 -- then, I can not help you...
