Templar/Hospitlar owners fix

Here is a fix to stop france building Hospitlars which used to annoy me a little bit. Only england and sicily will use Hospitlars and not Templars, all other catholic factions will use Templars and not Hospitlars.

Installation:

extract the the folder data to your C:\Program Files\SEGA\Medieval II Total War\mods\PDER_Kingdoms_v0.1a folder

note:

this fix is only for Kingdoms_v0.1a

Sorry man BUT why only England should use Hospitallers?? :hmmm:They where found by Amalfi (IT)(near Naples) in 1080 and they where always "under control" of the crown of Sicily (their home where in Naples, and recently they moved to Malta).
