Unpacking needed to install 5.0?

Do I need to unpack Kingdoms to install 5.0 or not? I usually try to avoid unpacking if I have to since I already have a ton of games installed.

No unpacking is need for installation of 5.0. At least I didn't unpack, and it runs perfectly well (only some minor sound problems, but I think these do not have anything to do with unpacking, and KK is working on them to fix this.)

No you dont need to unpack anything. Unpacking is only for people who are doing modding themselves, not using someone else's mod
