The Curia decides to award Tom Paine with the Phalera award/meda/rank. It should also be noted that Tom Paine previously held the philosophers robe award which was removed with the superfluous ranks and medals bill.

Just do the job. It's not as if you were one of those supporting the Bill and causing it to be voted on. If you can't bear to write up some fluff about yourself, just copy and paste in one of the other entries. Follow tBP's example and detach yourself from the process.
