Screenshots where?

Can anyone tell me where the screenshots you take during battles can be found? I have been searching through the folders of sega/sicilian vespers and cant find them anywhere. thanks

It depends, are you using Fraps? If yes, then open up fraps and see the directory where it has been sending your screenies.

If you are just pressing printscreen, you should be able to find them here:

?:\Program Files\SEGA\Medieval II Total War\tgas

... the simplest method (if not using software like fraps) is, the print key for one shot, go out of M2, and then open a picture-editor program, open a new fresh file there, and use paste function, into the new opened blank file ... voila, it should be there.

I at least have never seen shots in the game tga folder, doesn't work for me, but might work for others.

Thanks for the replies, the shots are actually in the TGA folder but they dont work like other picture files on my computer, and thus I cant do much with them like save them to another folder or make them my desktop background.. any advice?

I think it is still free, but not 100% sure.

Indeed, my shots are as well in the tga folder (just as tga), i thought it wouldn't work, as it didn't with RTW in my case.

Irfanview has a freeware version, and with this you can convert/save the tga format to jpg or anything.
