    How do you change your capital city? I know kind of a "Simpletons" question, but I couldn't find an answer searching etc.

    Go to a city's information scroll and in the bottom-left corner should be "set capital city".

    Yep you should be able to change by opening the City scroll, clicking on settlement details and then click "Set this settlement to be the Faction's Capital" (or something like that )
