Securom is a program which protects the copyright of programs. I have no idea why this is being dispayed, it suggests you have something wrong with your CD drive or it's software.

If you have a legal copy of M2TW, there is definitely a problem with your HW/driver/software.
-Try installing and running it on an other computer. If the problem emerges there as well, your copy of the game is probably damaged. Take it back to the store you bought it from, and ask for an exchange.
-If it works on the other computer, try installing an other game with Securom protection. If it works, then there may be a problem with your optical drive's driver. Try reinstalling Windows (alternatively, you could mess with drivers, but I don't advise that).
-If it still won't work, then your drive probably has a problem. You shuold consider buying a new one (or taking it back with warranty, if it still has).
