Wierd, the cities names do not appear

once i pressed a button on the keyboard by accident (no idea what it is) and the names of the cities dissapeared and the only way i can see them now is if i highlight the city itself. Anybody know what i should do to make the game normal?

I forget the shortcut, but you can change label settlements to 1 in your medieval2.preference.cfg file (in the root m2tw directory) to fix it

Hey wait! Something is wrong, i can edit the file but i cant actually save it! I need the shortcut or i need you to tell me how to save the file (it wont allow me to save), do you know how to save it?

Uncheck the read-only property for the file.

Hi, the shortcut for switching on and off settlement names is Ctrl+T. Hope that helps.
