    Default how can i create a batch file that...

    ...copies a few files from the main directory into the modfolder, so that you don't need to download the complete game?

    I presume you mean you want to unpack a few files, without unpacking everything? There are instructions on how to do so in the unpacker readme.

    No.
    i give you an example that you see what I'm talking about:
    when i add with my mod a new faction and put it online without e. g. the "sounds" directory, the batch file shall copy the sounds folder into the modfolder.
