Jagielon = Strange too .
Ratibor = never heard
Ryksa = female name
Wenceslaus = never heard

Mazovia = It is a name of a region , surname made from that is Mazowiecki
Premyslid = Czech surname
Sandomierz = It is a city , surname would bo Sandomierski
Sochaczew = Same as above , Sochaczewski
Tomasz = normal name
Zapolya = Hungarian surname

If You want i can submit and create accurate list of polish names. Surnames that are listed are surly polish, but in medieval the biggest and most powerfull families had diffrent names. F.e. one of the biggest families in around 1200 was named - Awdaniec.
