    Default No reinforecemnts...

I have a nVidia 7950GT video card, 2GB of memory and a single core 3.4GHz processor - which I thought was a pretty good setup, until...

I have just got myself into a battle of epic proportions against the French as the English, 4500 men against 4500 of their's. If I win, I can finally take over France. If i lose, there's a good chance France will take all my mainland settlements:

However, I get this message when I start the battle:

I put all the visual settings down to their lowest but it still came eup with the above message.

If I upgrade my processor to, say, a Dual Core 3.0GHz, will my PC be able to run this battle with reinforecemnts? Or am I doomed to fight the most awesome battle I have ever come acrossed in a Total War game with only the half the amount of men and foghting there should be?

    Thanks.

Aww man thats awsome. What are the chances of that though....
Anyway when I was playing my friend in a lan game there was a "number of units" display in the corner of the screen when we were making our army's. Anyway I'm betting its something you can overwrite. In fact I'm positive its something you can overwrite. Problem is you have to find it. Your PC might be very very laggy until some units get killed off though. Not sure, but your equipment looks good enough to handle it without crashing, if I would do anything it would be add more RAM....

You can overwrite it in the M2TW config file. Set delay reinforcements to 0 (I think, doing this from memory).
