I guess I dont know exactly what you are asking. Run it when Windows boots??
As in have the game run without the need of a player?
It can be done using the hotseat mode and making the player the Mongols or Timurids and removing all other players.
add this to your mod's config file:
Then when you start up, say as England, bring up the console and type in control_timurids. This will allow you to play as the Timurids, but since they haven't arrived on the scene yet, you don't actually do anything.Code:[multiplayer] playable = true [hotseat] autoresolve_battles = 0 disable_console = 0 disable_papal_elections = 0 save_prefs = 0 update_ai_camera = 0 validate_diplomacy = 1
Then type in control_england. This will change the control of England to the AI. So now the game will run on auto until the Timurids arrive...
Cheers!

Just remember that the AI behaviour of the previous player faction might not be very representative.
At least CA warns that this will happen when you switch player control to another faction.
Also, look at 'Alpaca's script-o-rama' over at the tutorial section. There's a script that enables self-run even with all factions on the map.

I tried this in the Crusades campaign and it did not work, does it work there? Also I had to change the syntax to control <factionname> instead of control_<factionname>
