I don't understand the question to be honest. You will need M2TW vanilla + 1.2 patch to play BC - if thats what you were asking.

EDIT:

From what I can decipher I'd assume you could be asking whether BC factions could be "inserted" into vanilla M2TW's environs. If that's what your asking then I can say quite confidently that that will never happen.

I believe you will need 1.2 to play, though it should run fine with 1.3.

It all depends how much you know about M2TW and it's modding systems.

You could install BC into a copy M2TW 1.0 by overwriting some of the stock files. It would probably take some time and debugging to stop it crashing from missing files and what not, but it's possible. However, it's not something we are ever going to support.
