Favorite Campaign?

Hey all I was just wondering what everybodies favourite campaigns are out of the four from Kingdoms. Any thoughts?

For me its The Americas. I love the change of pace brought about by playing factions with lots of light infantry and no cavalry.

I've not touched Americas yet, but my favourite is Britannia. I had thought I'd enjoy the teutonic campaign more, but I haven't.

I only started my Britannia campaign today, and I have to say I'm very impressed. I find the permanent fort feature an excellent add-on, even if they screwed up the accents... o.O However I do think Americas are my favourite.

I know what you mean about the Teutonic campaign. I cant really seem to get into it, I enjoy all the other campaigns, but theres nothing really drawing me to play the Teutonic campaign.

Teutonic has been the most interesting for me, I'll probably revisit Britannia, but Crusades was kinda boring and Americas was just a little too frustrating.

I think what has made me enjoy Teutonic more is that I'm not playing as them, I'm Novgorod, and plan to play it next time around as Denmark to get the Union, I can imagine being the Teutons would kinda make it too easy.

Well for me it's the Teutonic campaign closely followed by Brittania. Americas and Crusades are miles off. Just can't seem to get into them.

I don't, as the AI usually abandons them, and they aren't permanent either, I've seen them disappear.

Really? I didnt know that... That kinda sucks...

Bobfish: I tried it as Denmark, but there are no new units for the Kalmar Union. If you want them you have to mod part of the game files, which is not one of my strong points. Although Denmarks start position is really good.

I am torn between Teutonic and Britannia. Teutonic is more wholesome and with much larger variety of armies, imo.

Hah the reason I love the Teutonic campaign so much is because I can kick the hell out of those heavy armored factions (Teutons, HRE) with farmer-like soldiers I hate playing with those heavy armored factions.

i am into Britannia and Teutonic at the moment... i havent touched Crusades yet because im planning on playing that a little later [like in a week lol].

Crusades followed by Americas... Britannia and Teutonic I can't get into.

Teutonic and Crusades for me. Britannia and Americas are great, but, I'm really into the crusading campaigns more. It's funny how everyone here has such different takes on the different campaigns.

I think it's a sign of a good expansion, when it can cater to so many different tastes and be good at doing it

I voted for the Americas Campaign, because it is so different to the usual play of the M2TW main campaign (I never got to America in M2TW). But I was hesitating long, as the Crusades make a very very close second, because of the atmosphere and feeling.

Teutonic wars also have stron points, while I have not played Britannia yet...

Obsidian is a glass, they were in the glass age
