    You need to unpack them all for the mod process to work right.

    You don't need to unpack them all for the mod process to work right, if you only want to change the EDB and the EDU txt files, all you need are these 2 files in your crusader/data dir and add the line --io.file_first to your Crusaders shortcut.

    Actually some people have been having graphics issues when they dont unpack the all Kingdoms files.

    Wait, what? If all you do is edit the edu and run vanilla with this new edu via a batch file, what else do you need to unpack? Surely you don't need to unpack everything and leave it unpacked just to run the game with a slightly altered edu?
