Wrong image bug

A while ago this mod had a bug which caused the scroll bars and the menu seal (tick button) on the campaign map to become odd images, then the mod would lock up or crash. I believe it was related to the data\ui\southern_european\interface\modpage.tga file. What was causing this problem and how did you fix it (I'm having the same problem)?

I believe its got to do with different language installations.... not sure though
