    Default help installing kingdoms please

    I just bought kingdoms and i was installing it onto an unpatched vanilla copy of m2tw, but halfway through patch 1.3 in the installation, it said there was a problem with packs_data0. It then stopped the installation. When i started installing again, all 4 campaigns were installed, but when i tried to play a battle on Brittania, it crashed. Can anyone help me?

    try to reinstall medieval 2 and kingdoms againg, i had that problem when i was installing teutonic campaing but after reinstalling both games, the problem disappear
