    Default descr_diplomacy and kingdoms ?

I have only unpacked americas and britannia until now,
    but i can't find in those 2 campaigns the file descr_diplomacy ?

Is it not used anymore ?

Would the game use it if i copy the one from the grand campaign ?

If it's not in the campaign folder it means it uses the M2TW version of the file.

No if you copy it to the Americas folder it will be read. If a file from M2TW data folder is not in a campaign folder by default, it just means that campaign uses the vanilla version of the file. you can still mod the M2TW version of the file and put it in the campaign folder.
