I guess I'll answer since no one has yet. You won't be getting them in that campaign.
In the first place you are a still Denmark. To achieve the Kalmar Union you must capture the towns listed in the mission and then you will receive the mission to kill the Norwegian King. After that you do so, you will form the Kalmar Union. Norway must still have a settlement and a family member after you do so. From that picture, it looks like you killed the Norwegian Faction, that means you will never UNITE with Norway to form the Union. When you do form the Kalmar Union your flag changes to a red cross on a yellow field even if you don't get the units and your faction name is still "Denmark."
In the second place there is a bug in the code that does not allow you to get the Norwegian Units. There is a rather simple fix developed by dr lummerkrog and bluenameless (nameless) that can be found on the official boards on the second page of this thread. It might also be somewhere on this board but I'm not sure where. After you implement the fix, you must start a new campaign as the Danes to get the Union with the appropriate units.

Once you get the union of kalmar, you need a swordsmiths guild to get Gotland Footmen.
so one would need to fix the bug then get swordsmith guild or there is no bug and i just need the guild?

b - restart campaign
c- play it as described to get the Kalmar Union
d- build guild
e) be happy and prosper
The Teutonic campaign script is missing a line of text, which prevents the Kalmar Union from functioning properly. Specifically, you cannot build any of the Kalmar Union's units (Gotland Footmen, Sami Axemen and Svenner) if the bug is not fixed.
The bug can be fixed in one of two ways. One, re-read this thread and follow SSJPabs' advice - he has linked a thread on the official forums where the industrious dr lummerkrog presents the simple, one-liner fix to the script. Then restart your campaign and voila, KU units will now be available when the event happens.
Option number two is changing the trigger used in the export_descr_buildings.txt file to match the one in the unfixed campaign script. You can do it yourself if you want to unpack the mod, or you can head to the Kingdoms Mods forum, where I've posted a fixed EDB. Just copy that into your mod's data folder, change the destination of your shortcut and the units will be recruitable. This does not require a campaign restart, and fixes a few other minor issues too (Norway can't recruit troops, missing Dis. Chivalric Knights from Denmark and Dis. Gothic Knights from HRE).
Cities Needed: Uppsala, Abo, Visby, Gotenburg, Kalmar.
