To my knowledge M2TW does not support SLI setups nor does it support multi core processors...for whatever reason...it seems that all of the games that are potentially a big draw on your system do not support the solutions....

It does not support SLI, but as far as I know, there's no need to turn it off. I have SLI myself, but I leave it on. It doesn't help, but it doesn't hurt either. At least, that's my experience.

This bites, ehy would they create games with these kinds of graphics and not inclued multi-core or SLI support? CA is retarded for not offering support.

I agree. If Empire doesn't support dual cores, I'll skip it. But I'm pretty sure CA will do it's best to make Empire run well on high end machines. There are a lot of complains about this, and CA usually listens to it's fanbase quite well (the very reason Empire is being made with naval battles).

What about crossfire support? - I am guessing no as it doesn't support SLI, but I might be wrong.

ETW will have to support both + dual (and maybe quad) core support otherwise not enough computers will be able to play it properly.

Well, I never read it anywhere, but I suppose ATi's Crossfire is not supported...
