Default Battle Crash - Physical Dump of Memory

    Hey everyone.
Have owned M2TW for a loooong time now.
    Never had any serious problems.

I run SSv4.1, had a problem with the cursors, required a full re-install.
Did that fine. But since then, I cannot play a battle

Strat maps in campaign work fine, but as soon as I'm engaged into a battle, the loading screen comes up, all goes through there fine, normal load times etc.
Loading finishes, and as I should be switched into the battle map, the game crashes, and I get a blue screen of death.

Happens in both campaigns and in custom/quick battles.

Saying something along the lines of
Physical dump of memory, restart computer if first time.
Along with a lot more but I can't recall exactly what.

Since that first occurred I have re-installed again, and re-patched the game. Same thing occurs.
Ran a search but couldn't find an answer.

    So... Please help.

    Regards,
    Goose

A BSOD gives a lot more information then you provide here. Somewhere on the top it usually gives you a vague clue to what the problem might cause.

It does not identify any problem, all it says is check that I have enough space to run the program and check that there are no BIOS updates?

101GB of free space is not enough?

It is prob. referring to memory instead of disk space. Maybe your memory is broke, maybe the balance between physical mem and the page file is not correct...

I would not know, all other games work fine, even games that you'd expect to be more taxing on the memory than M2.
How would I go about checking out my memory?

    Goddam computers.
