How to remove city view script from 5.0?

Just delete the last section titled "city veiw script" or what ever. Ive already done this for my self, so I'll upload it for you

I recommend just using mine as an example, and make the changes to your own file. I havent actually used this script, I'm using the no-garrison one that has the same treatment, so I cant guarantee it works 100% (perhaps I made a typo when adding the coming of age event for scottish princesses, who knows)

Anyway, I wouldnt want you to find that it doesnt work 100 turns in and blame me for it.
