The light looks awfully photoshopped, but at least it isnt the old unconvincing grey humanoid...but id say not, mainly on the factors that a) The 'scientist' in the background hasn't got any facial mask/protective clothing on (which would be necessary by government law as it could be carrying all sorts of unknown viruses/phenomana) and b) no photograph taken to prove somethings existence is that grainy. They would at least get a good shot, and with a decent camera.
Fake.
a) As far as I can see the thing's in a transparent container of sorts, might that mean protection is not needed?
b) Unless it wasn't given public airing, and this is a leaked photograph. Not knowing much about light I can't comment on that.
Still...looks a little ragged for the top secret lab it would be in. And believe me, if there were an alien on earth, in a government facility, this wouldnt have been taken, or if it did, the person who snapped it probably wouldnt have gotten out of that room. Im skeptical, to say the least, but its better than most.
Useful-looking claws, must be great while typing.
Gosh, it's ugly enough to be Vogon.
a chimp?
Looks like a cow\monkey\eagle breed combination for me.
A little background would help too.
Why do aliens always have human proportions in these photos?
Is it me, or is it that the light-stand is positioned so that the light from it should be directly over the alien, not behind? And, they look so artificial, the lighting beams. Plus one edge of the beam (our right), travels down over the alien, messing up the blending.
And even if it's in a container, no way would the edges of the light beam be that sharp. There isn't that much dropoff. Lighting is a little bit more uniform than that.
of course its a fake
@will
i know, why are they always bipedal humanoidish things in general. its like the hoaxers think...how can we make this crazy? freakish head!

No...
That's just so easy to fake... no...
Photos don't mean much anymore.
The powers delegated by the proposed Constitution to the federal government are few and defined. Those which are to remain in the State governments are numerous and indefinite. The former will be exercised principally on external objects, as war, peace, negotiation, and foreign commerce; with which last the power of taxation will, for the most part, be connected. The powers reserved to the several States will extend to all the objects which, in the ordinary course of affairs, concern the lives, liberties, and properties of the people, and the internal order, improvement, and prosperity of the State. - James Madison
Put it this way. Is it possible that there are aliens on Earth and the government is covering it up? Maybe. But it's known that there are countless allegations of such that have turned out to be completely groundless if not outright hoaxes, and none has definitively shown the existence of aliens. So it's most reasonable to be skeptical of any evidence that isn't really impressive.
No photograph or grainy video will ever be remotely reasonable evidence for an alien presence. It's simply not possible to distinguish between an actual alien and a midget in a suit, or a sculpture (for photos), or whatever, unless you have more evidence than just fixed video and audio. A ten-minute-long video of an alien spaceship landing, abducting a cow, hanging around, and dropping its mutilated body parts before flying away could be the work of a talented art student for a class. Such a low-quality photo as this is just worthless.
