installation probs

hey,

i recently bought MTW2 on disc and after installing it i try to play it but it tells me it has encountered an unspecific error and needs to close.

any ideas whats wrong and how i can fix it???

Many suffer from this including me.
Can be anything.
Altough one member here find out it was his ram.

Well you could try patching to 1.2

Make sure your system meets all of the specs including enough memory and current graphics card drivers. Some cards have trouble with this game.

If you have another Cd/DVD drive then try installing it on that one.

i have the same problem. every time i use my dvd drive it stop and errors. but when i use my cd/dvd burner/player it works for some strange reason.

Well i have this problem aswell. The weird thing is that this has worked many times before and when i recently re-installed it, hasn't worked since.

Can anyone help please?
