    Default battle_models not working...

    Today changes I've been making to the file aren't showing up in the game and the old meshes are being used. I thought maybe I just made a mistake in the file somewhere, but here's where it gets interesting (at least for me): when I delete any of my custom units or the entire battle_models file, my custom units still show up in the game, albeit with their older meshes.

    I can't see how this is possible unless the game is reading off some other battle_models file (which would have to be a copy of my original file), but as far as I know I have the file in the correct location (m2tw/data/unit_models/).

    For working file battle_models.modeldb doing next:
    - unpack (with unpacker.exe) file data_4.pack .
    - copy all unpack files to m2tw/data/ folder.
    - delete or remove file data_4.pack (no rename! delete better!) from
    m2tw/packs/ folder.
    - edit new m2tw/data/unit_models/battle_models.modeldb file.

    I'd already unpacked it. The problem is that the changes are no longer taking effect. I added a dozen custom units a month ago and the units are in the game, but no changes since have had an effect. I can delete the file completely or use other versions of battle_models that should break the game, but nothing changes and my custom units are still there. My mod currently runs without a battle_models file, the problem is I can't edit it at all. Very frustrating.
