My monitor I have is too green and I cannot get it to go to a regualr color and when I tested it out when I bought it it was working perfectly.

You mean the screen is green (ish)?
Your cable from your monitor to your video card is likely the culprit.
Try bending it at the ends and seeing if the colour goes back to normal.
Or if you have another cable lying around test it with that.

Well I caled the guys at the place I got it and they said something aboutElectro magnets or something like that.
