Eras and factions for Lands to Conquer 4

I applaud the return of Eras that will be in the next Lands to Conquer version. Question: have you considered adding factions to some of the Eras? For example, simply using the factions introduced from Kingdoms, the Kingdom of Jerusalem, Antioch, the Teutonic Knights and Lithuania are available. Each would be nice additions to any grand campaign.

I will not be adding any new factions in 4.0, i barely have time to do the campaigns let alone anything else.
